Service Terms
All quotes are provided as estimates based on the information available at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, and scope of work upon arrival.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Grime Reapers uses professional pressure washing and soft washing techniques appropriate for each surface. However, the client acknowledges that all exterior cleaning carries inherent risks, especially on aged or improperly maintained surfaces.
Grime Reapers is not liable for damage resulting from:
- Pre-existing conditions (loose siding, cracked surfaces, deteriorated wood, failing paint, etc.)
- Improper installation of surfaces or materials
- Normal wear and tear revealed during or after cleaning
Some stains (e.g., deep oil, rust, oxidation) may not be fully removable. Results are not guaranteed to be 100% restoration.
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to water and the service area
- Securing pets and notifying of any sensitive areas
- Informing us of any known issues prior to service
Grime Reapers reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or differ significantly from the original description.
By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.
